Career Awareness Club

Career Awareness Club's purpose is to help make students aware of various vocational opportunities that are available in our community. The club consists of various students working to obtain a skill certificate.

Career Awareness usually participates in at least one community service activity each year, such as, collecting canned goods and non-perishable food items for the needy. We also hold two fundraises each year. Students sell cookie dough and pizza in the fall, and in the spring we raffle off a gift certificate for a honey baked ham from the Honey Baked ham Company.

Each spring, the club takes at least one educational field trip to further the students' knowledge in the skill they are striving to obtain. We are hoping to have a successful year.
